My dad was born and raised in Minocqua. He grew up on a small peninsula called Grundy Point, named after his grandfather. All my life our family had been visiting the Minocqua area for our family vacations. In 2017 my wife and I moved our family here to manage Veteran's Camp located at the southern end of the Minocqua Chain. For 5 years we were hosts to thousands of Wisconsin Veterans and their families. During the summer months we spent six days a week taking our guests out on the Minocqua Chain. Our Veterans found peace and healing while spending time on the water. Our boat Captains are well versed with the area, it's history and the adventure that awaits on the Minocqua Chain of Lakes.
The Northwood's Experience captured our heats and we are confident it will do the same for you.
